2.  Confirm your order and submit payment. 
3.  Fill out personalized resume questionnaire.   
4.  Schedule follow-up phone consultation.  
5.  Receive completed documents in 5-7 business days.

Q:  How long does it take you to complete a resume? 

A:  My standard time frame for completing any service or package is 5-7 business days after receiving all necessary information.  Should you require a quicker turnaround, my services can be expedited for an additional charge.  Please contact me regarding availability and rush fees.

Q:  What is the payment process?

A:  I will email an invoice to submit your payment online before we delve into the writing process.  Once your payment has been confirmed, I will then email your resume questionnaire and schedule our phone consultation.

Q:  Do your services come with a satisfaction guarantee?

A:  Absolutely!  While my goal is to exceed expectations on the first draft, it is most important that you are proud of your documents.  In the event that additional revisions are needed, I will work with you until you are 100% satisfied.
